Betws-y-Coed is one of North Wales' most beautiful inland resorts, surrounded by dense woodlands, majestic mountains, streams and rivers, it is ideal for walkers, climbers and those who just want to enjoy the spectacular scenery and tranquil atmosphere of this charming village in the heart of Snowdonia that has long been an inspiration to many artist, the most famous being David Cox who painted many well know vistas of the area in the early 1800's.
Many activities can be arranged from the Hotel, including, Fishing, Canoeing, Horse Riding, Golf, Abseiling and of course Mountain Climbing, whilst for the less adventurous a pleasant one mile stroll from the Hotel offers splendid views of Snowdon.
An experience that will appeal to all is fudge tasting in our Welsh Fudge making Pantry where you can watch the production of fudge from start to finish - we guarantee you'll be tempted by the delicious aroma.
