This homely, non-smoking Bed and Breakfast stands in its own grounds overlooking the clear waters of the river 'Llugwy'. Just five to eight minutes walk from the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed, which is situated within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

The Village with its many shops and restaurants is a delight. Many lakes, waterfalls and old mine workings, as well as a large variety of plants and wildlife are there for the searching. A virtual paradise for walkers and artists alike. Beautiful scenic view points can be found in the hills above the village.

One of the most spectacular and popular waterfalls to be seen after rain the Swallow Falls, which can be found only two miles from the village along the A5 travelling west towards Capel Curig.
